Believe and Think Publishing LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit believeandthink.com or use our services, including the Crer e Pensar platform.

Believe and Think Publishing LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company (Wyoming Secretary of State, Original ID 2026-001901257, organized February 23, 2026) with its principal office at 15442 Ventura Blvd., Ste 201-2374, Sherman Oaks, California 91403, United States.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, email address, password, and profile details when you register.
  • Purchase information: billing address and payment method details (processed securely by our payment processors; we do not store full card numbers).
  • Communications: messages you send us via contact forms or email.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: email address when you subscribe.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on the site.
  • Device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referral URL.

4. Data Retention

  • Order, invoice and tax records: 7 years from the transaction, to meet accounting and tax obligations.
  • Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe. We keep the record of your consent (date, and the IP address it came from) for 24 months after that, as proof that the consent existed.
  • Contact form messages: 24 months from the last reply.
  • Server and security logs: 12 months.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 12). Where a legal obligation requires us to keep a record, we retain only that record and stop using it for any other purpose.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on these legal bases under Article 6 of the GDPR:

  • Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — creating and running your account, processing your order, and delivering the digital or physical product you bought.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — marketing emails, the newsletter, and non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — keeping the site secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and understanding in aggregate how the site is used. We balance these interests against your rights and you may object at any time.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — accounting, tax and record-keeping duties.

6. International Transfers of Data

Believe and Think Publishing LLC is established in the United States, and our website, database and email are hosted on servers located in the United States. Our payment processors and email providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. This means that if you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Brazil, your personal data is transferred outside your country.

For transfers out of the EEA or the United Kingdom we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in our contracts with those providers, together with the technical measures described in Section 10 (encryption in transit, access control). For transfers out of Brazil we rely on Article 33 of the LGPD, on the basis of your consent or of the performance of the contract between us. 7. Brazilian Users — LGPD

If you are in Brazil, Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) applies to the processing of your personal data. Under Article 18 you have the right to obtain confirmation that processing exists; to access your data; to correct incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date data; to have unnecessary or excessive data anonymized, blocked or deleted; to data portability; to delete data processed on the basis of consent; to know with whom we have shared your data; to be informed of the consequences of refusing consent; and to withdraw consent. 8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time for processing based on consent.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal data is collected, sold, or disclosed. We do not sell personal information.
